First Exhibition at Industrial Exchange Show 2026: Introducing Smartphone OCR EdgeOCR and Our Original Generative AI EdgeVLM
We will be exhibiting for the first time at Industrial Exchange Show 2026, held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, November 11 to Friday, November 13, 2026. We will introduce EdgeOCR, an ultra-fast and highly accurate OCR ideal for on-site operations in logistics, manufacturing, and retail. EdgeOCR is an application that runs on your existing smartphones and handheld terminals. It helps streamline tasks that have traditionally relied on visual checks and manual entry, such as recording expiration dates and lot numbers, and verifying items during inbound and outbound inspections. We will also introduce EdgeVLM, our original generative AI scheduled for release in spring 2027. It can handle non-standardized information that has been difficult for conventional OCR, such as food ingredient labels with inconsistent layouts.
